William is an experienced, well-rounded, trusted sustainable supply chain advisor and leader with demonstrated results launching, improving, and scaling strategies, products, services, and organizations from disruptive startups to fortune 500s. His passion is helping leaders “make more green by being green.” William has partnered extensively with global leadership teams to conduct initial greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories and select the right science base targets (SBTs) that best position companies to meet stakeholder commitments, improve business performance, and maximize sustainability impact. Once targets are set, William helps leaders develop and maintain sustainability data, controls, and reporting. Most notably, William helps leaders move beyond sustainability surveys, compliance, and reporting to develop and deploy “company sustainable growth strategies” that reduce direct and indirect scope 1-3 costs, spark green innovation revenue growth and improve material company sustainability impact.

His work has appeared frequently in the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), Institute for Supply Management (ISM), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP)’s Supply Chain Quarterly and Modern Material Handling among others. William holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business from the University of Michigan and BBA in Integrated Supply Management from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. William is the University of Michigan’s 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year and a Distinguished Alumni from Western Michigan University.

Jeremy’s change management experience is client focused and includes lean manufacturing assessment and implementation, global strategic sourcing, executive and management level re-structuring, team building, skill re-alignment, and facilitating production line level improvement projects (Value Stream Mapping).

Mr. Barger holds a Master’s degree with concentration in International Business Administration from Central Michigan University and Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business Administration from Ferris State University.

His responsibilities included S&IOP, Sourcing and Category Management (Indirect/Direct), Operational Purchasing, Risk Management, Supplier Performance, Supplier Quality, and Compliance among others. His organizations supported both OEM operations on a global level as well as aftermarket services covering the entire product life cycle. He has deep knowledge of the challenges facing organizations including scaling, capacity building, product life cycle, M&A, talent management, and regulatory. His focus includes sustainable procurement and ESG strategies, SCM/Procurement optimization, Risk Management, and application of enabling technology to drive impactful improvements to Cost, Quality, Lead-Times, OTD, and Working Capital. He understands how to gain efficiency and results through people, process, and technology.

Caldwell holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at UVA. He earned his BA from Washington & Lee University.
